MULTISPEC 摩天壁 is a protective and highly decorative multi-colored paint coating that is hygienic, anti-static. It can provide a seamless, satin finish, vinyl wall-cladding.

MULTISPEC 摩天壁 is a “one-pack” material for interior use, and is applied over a suitable primed substrata in a single operation using conventional low pressure spraying equipment.

In addition to the variety of color combinations available, specifiers can use a unique customized-color service in order to suit the needs of specific projects. To ensure a high standard of application,

MULTISPEC摩天壁 is only supplied to approved applicators.

Application:

1. Priming: Be sure surface is flat, clean and dry. A primer can be applied if necessary.
2. Pattern size may be controlled by regulating pot pressure and atomizer pressure. Higher pot pressure and lower atomizer pressure will result in a large particle size. Reversing the pressure will result in a smaller pattern. General recommendation for pressure is 40-50lbs.
3. An internal mixed pressure gun is recommended. Aim spray gun directly at surface. Maintain uniform distance of 30cm between gun and surface. Crosshatching is a technique of spraying paint with horizontal strokes and respraying the same area using vertical strokes. Use this technique to insure that surface is adequately covered and that lap marks are not evident
4. Use spray gun with internal mix nozzle assembly such as 380 Spray Gun (With 2.0mm nozzle).
5. Flush equipment with water followed by paint thinners.
